The MAGIC telephone hybrids now enable connection via WebRTC and the Microsoft Teams collaboration software. This makes a call via a web link or Microsoft Teams just as easy as a classic phone call. The video signal is displayed in the software and can be output via NDI.

September 12th is the date to remember. On the occasion of the IBC exhibition, the broadcast industry will gather for four days in Amsterdam. AVT will also be present as usual in Hall 8, Stand F76, and of course, we will showcase our MAGIC Server and the Collaboration Services for WebRTC and MS Teams calls live.

There is also a special highlight for our DAB+ products. With the new EWS/ASA Automatic Safety Alert feature, emergency announcements via DAB+ can be easily realized and regionalized. ASA-compatible DAB+ radios can even be addressed and woken up when they are in sleep mode. For existing, older DAB+ receivers, we offer our EWB Emergency Warning Break-In Upgrade, which enables emergency announcements to be realized through a selected DAB+ encoder.
